MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATE PLATE

PURPOSE:To lessen the dispersion of thickness of a laminate plate by a method in which the periphery of a laminate material formed by laminating plural pre- pregs is covered with a heat radiation-preventive material and then hot-pressed to form a laminate plate in such a way as to equalize the flow rate of the resin and also to lessen the amount of the resin to be flowed. CONSTITUTION:A number of pre-pregs 1 are laminated to form a laminate material 2, and the periphery of the laminate material 2 is covered with a heat radiation-preventive material 3 (e.g., of aluminum, iron, rubber, etc.). Or, the laminate material 2 may be put between metal plates 4, and a plural set of the stacked laminate-metal plate assemblies may be covered with the material 3, and the material 3 may also be attached to an auxiliary plate 6 to be placed on the laminate material 2. The laminate materials 2 are hot-pressed to a laminate plate.
