Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform the remote operation of the changing-over of a voltage applying phase, by providing a movable trunk in parallel to the parallel arrangement direction of a plurality of insulating cylinders receiving a relay terminal and an earth mechanism while providing a voltage divider for measuring voltage, a shearing wave apparatus and a connection bar connectable to the relay terminal to said truck. CONSTITUTION:The voltage generated in an impulse voltage generator 1 is applied to either one of the bushings of a sample feeder 5 through either one of relay terminals 25 provided to a voltage divider 21 for measuring voltage and insulating cyliners 22-24. A connection bar 26 connected to each terminal 25 is provided to the voltage divider 21 while a shearing wave apparatus 29 having a shearing gap 27 connected to the bar 26 is also provided thereto. An automatic winding reel 31 receiving a cable 30 connected to a bushing 6 is provided to the terminal 25. In addition, each of the insulating cylinders 22-24 are equipped with the earthing mechanism 32 of the terminal 25. A truck 33 on which the voltage divider 21 and the apparatus 29 are placed is provided so as to leave intervals from the insulating cylinders 22-24 and moved on a track 34. The mechanism 32, the truck 33 and the apparatus 29 are subjected to automatic remote operation and the changing-over of a voltage applying phase can be remotely operated.
