DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING BRAZING PELLET

PURPOSE:To automate the supply of a brazing pellet by providing a means for removing the excess pellet placed on a pellet taking-out pipe which moves upward or downward in a tank for housing the brazing pellet and transferring an adequate amt. of pellet. CONSTITUTION:Brazing pellets 10 are housed in a tank 9 for housing pellet and a pellet taking-out pipe 11 is moved upward or downward to place the pellet in the recess 12 at the top end of the pipe 11. If the excess pellet 10 is placed thereon, an air ejecting pipe or the like is operated to drop and remove the excess pellet. A moving head 24 is lowered from above onto the pellet 10 placed in the recess of the pipe 11 and the bottom end of a suction pipe 27 is faced to the pellet. The inside of the pipe 27 in this state is evacuated through a conduit 28 to attract the pellet 10, and after the head 24 is moved upward, the head 21 is moved to the prescribed place for supplying the pellet.
