Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of magnetic characteristics and obtain a stable capability of permalloy, which is an alloy mainly composed of nickel and iron and is used always under the application of stress, by specifying the ratio of atom % of nickel and atom % of iron in the alloy. CONSTITUTION:The composition of permalloy, which is an alloy mainly composed of nickel and iron and is used under such condition being embedded in the resin that the stress is always applied to it, is specified as the ratio of atom % (Ni') of nickel and atom % (Fe) of iron, both of which function as ferromagnetic elements, in the alloy (Ni)/(Fe) should be less than approximately 0.4. The formula is (Ni')=(Ni)-SIGMAAi(Ci), where (Ni') is atom % of Ni functioning as a ferromagnetic element and (Ni) is atom % of nickel in the alloy and (Ci) is atom % of the 3rd element added in the alloy and Ai is a constant determined by the electrons in the outer shell of the 3rd element.
