Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To remove a DC component to prevent evil influence upon the life of liquid crystal by impressing a positive-negative asymmetric drain voltage to a thin-film transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:When an even-numbered frame (a) is impressed with a drain voltage VD of 10V and a gate voltage of 30V in the driving circuit consisting of an insulation gate thin-film transistor (TFT) 6 and liquid crystal 7, an odd- numbered frame (b) is impressed with a drain voltage of -10V, so a gate voltage of 30-10V is applied, so that a voltage (VS-VC) impressed to the even- numbered and odd-numbered frames is a positive-negative asymmetric voltage. Consequently, the DC component is removed to eliminate the evil influence upon the liquid crystal 7.
