Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To decrease also a clear time for defrosting a front glass or the like, by providing a means, which automatically prevents blowing of cold air from a front blow port and a foot blow port when a vehicle is started in winter, to an air conditioning device for an automobile. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioning device for an automobile comprises a blower unit 1, cooling unit 4 and a heater unit 6. A heater core 7, air mixing damper 8, vent damper 10 and a heat damper 12 are built in the heater unit 6. The vent damper 10 is driven by a vent damper driving motor 18, and a heat damper driving motor 19 driving the heat damper 12 is mounted to the heater unit 6. An electronic control unit 20 fetches to calculate signals from a blower speed setter switch 22 and a mode setter switch 23 mounted to an operating unit 21 in a vehicle and a signal from a water temperature thermister 16, and a control circuit feeding a signal to a blower motor 2, the vent damper driving motor 18 and the heat damper driving motor 19 is equipped.
