Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a large amount of alpha-1,6-glucosidase capable of hydrolyzing alpha-1,6-glucoside bond, by culturing a bacterial strain belonging to Bacillus genus in a medium added with sardine meal. CONSTITUTION:A Bacillus genus alpha-1,6-glucosidase is prepared by culturing a strain belonging to Bacillus genus and capable of producing alpha-1,6-glucosidase [e.g. Bacillus cereus var. mycoides (FERM-P No.2391)] in a medium added with preferably 4-7% of sardine meal at 30-37 deg.C.
