Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To shorten the axial length of a motor for an electric motor vehicle by mounting disc-shaped yokes on both end surfaces of permanent magnet of doughnut shape which is magnetized axially by using the magnet at an interval in the same number as the number of poles to construct a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A motor is composed of a rotor 22, a coreless armature 23, a rotor position sensor 24 and a housing 25. The rotor 22 is composed in a flat shape in which disc-shaped yokes 28, 29 are mounted on both end surfaces with a permanent magnet 27 of doughnut shape as a core on a shaft 26, and the magnet 27 is axially magnetized at an interval in the same number as the number of poles. The rotor 22 is driven by the mutual action between the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 27 and the revolving magnetic field formed by the armature 23. |
