Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion to a support, by forming a backing layer contg. a urethane resin contg. siloxane bonds in the molecule, and a polyester resin on the support reverse to the magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION:A urethane resin obtd. from polyol and/or isocyanate having a siloxane bond in the molecule and a polyester resin are used for the binder of the backing layer. As the polyester resin, a thermoplastic resin having 10,000- 200,000 average mol. wt. is preferable. A preferable mixing ratio of the urethane resin and the polyester resin is 5:95-95:5 by weight.
