Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent powdery ore from falling from a diffusion plate when the operation is stopped by constituting the diffusion plate for ejecting reducing gas in a preliminary reduction furnace with fluidized bed for powdery ore of two sheets of plates and making many gas ejection ports of the diffusion plate closable by the movement of the relative positions. CONSTITUTION:A diffusion plate for blowing reducing gas 5 up into a preliminary reduction furnace 1 is constituted of upper and lower diffusion plates 2, 3 having many small holes, in the stage of forming a fluidized layer with the gas 5 and subjecting powdery and granular oxide ore, such as Cr ore, to preliminary reduction. The lower plate 3 is made ddetachable or attachable from or to the upper plate 2 by the vertical motion of a connecting bar 6 which is moved by a driving device 8. The small holes of the plates 2, 3 are provided in deviated positions. The gas 5 passes through the plate 3 and is ejected from the small holes of the plate 2 through the space between the two plates during operation. The plate 3 is moved upward and is attached tightly to the plate 2 by the device 8 in the stage of stopping the operation, then the powdery ore is prevented from falling through the diffusion plate. |
