Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To filter a drink in high efficiency, without causing the dissolution of harmful substances in the drink, by using a filter medium consisting of a filter base coated with fine crystalline fibers of potassium titanate or titanium oxide. CONSTITUTION:A filter base such as filter paper, filter coth, etc. is coated with fine crystalline fibers of potassium titanate or titanium oxide having a diameter of e.g. 0.1-0.5mum and length of 5-30mum, preferably diameter of 0.2-0.3mum and length of 10-20mum at a rate of about 40-200g/m , preferably 80-150g/m , and the obtained filter medium is used for the filtration of drinks such as Japanese sake, etc.
