Zusammenfassung:Control circuit for a semiconductor device SC which can be automatically switched on and switched off, or power controlled, by establishing a short-circuit between two regions of the semiconductor, characterised in that it comprises a MOS field-effect transistor M connected to the two poles GaK of the semiconductor device to be controlled and whose gate G is auto-biased, from the positive pole A, by a resistor RG of appropriate value and by a phototransistor Ph-Tr connected to the said MOS transistor so as to short-circuit the said bias when it is activated by a light signal.
