RECORDER OF TEST DATA OF GENERATOR

PURPOSE:To attain easily the test data of a ship generator by standardizing the measured data of the generator with a converter and comparing and judging it with an incorporated ship's classification rule to output. CONSTITUTION:A master power board MD and generators G1-G3 are peculiar to each ship, and this device is constituted with a main body 1, a transducer 2, a printer 3, an instrument command switch 4, and a cable connecting the above which are surrounded by a broken line in Fig. The input to the transducer 2 is voltage, frequency, and load (power) current signals and is taken out from the master power board MD. The output converted to a certain current signal by the transducer 2 is processed in the main body 1 and is printed out by the printer 3. Thus device picks up automatically data for the governor test and the load test out of the generator tests executed in the ship and judges whether this data is matched to the rule of the classification society or not, and the result is printed out as a test result record, and therefore, man-hour for the data arrangement to generate a report is omitted.
