AUTOMATIC QUALITY DECIDING DEVICE OF APPARATUS USING MICROCOMPUTER

PURPOSE:To automatically decide each check item of a microcomputer using apparatus without requiring a person's help, and to decide the quality in a short time, by providing an automatic setting part between a master console and a measuring part. CONSTITUTION:On a master console 1, a body part 16 connected to a light pen 12, a keyboard 13, a terminal control part 14 and an audio part 15 is provided, and to a connector 17 connected to its body part 16, a microcomputer 11 is connected. To the control part 14 and the audio part 15 of this master console 1, an interface 3 of a setting part 4 is connected, and on the setting part 4, a display 42, a microcomputer 41 and a synchronizing part 411 are provided. To this synchronizing part 411, an automatic setting part 6 is connected, and a terminal 61 connected to this setting part 6 is connected to the connector 17 connected to the microcomputer 11 of the master part 1. In this state, each check item of a microcomputer using apparatus is decided by the automatic setting part 6 without a person's help, and the quality is decided in a short time.
