Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the forming of a pitch cord ratio and the angle of a blade by a method wherein the stator is constituted by piling two sheets of circular discs and jointing them so that they are in parallel to each other and having an equal distance. CONSTITUTION:Notches are worked on the corresponding discs at positions to be the roots of the blades so as to be in opposing directions each other and make the stators 6, 7 formed with the shapes of the blade by bending the discs into the same direction. Subsequently, the stators 6, 7 are piled so that the notches at the roots are opposing each other and the stator is formed by rotating and assembling the stators 6, 7 each other. Accordingly, the pitch (a) of the blade may be set into half, therefore, the value of the pitch cord ratio S0 logically necessary to increase a compression ratio may be obtained simply.
