Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the riding over of tools of additional working and to obtain stable intermeshing by forming unequal tooth thickness parts corresponding to the unequal tooth thickness parts on the work side in a part of forming tooth profiles for coining of the compound die of the additional working tools for the tooth surfaces formed on the work. CONSTITUTION:Respectively three pieces each of splined teeth 11, 12, 13 of unequal tooth thicknesses are formed in three positions among the bore splines 10 of a blank material W1 for a coupling sleeve formed beforehand to roughly the same shape as that of the final product. the thicknesses l1, l3, l3, l2 of the teeth 11, 12, 13 and the other splined teeth are l2>l3>l1. The tooth thickness l4 of tooth profiles 21, 21 for coining corresponding to the teeth 11, 12, 13 among the profiles 20a for coining of a forming tool 20 for the compound die assuming a gear shape is set at l4>l5 as compared to the other tooth thickness l5 to increase the thickness by as much as the hatching part which is removed, whereby said profiles are formed larger than the other profiles.
