Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify driving constitution for a steering device, by serving a hydraulic pump for a hydraulic cylinder for a loading platform as a hydraulic oil supplying pump for a hydraulic power steering device. CONSTITUTION:A loading platform is provided drivably and dumpably through a hydraulic cylinder 8. A hydraulic power steering device is so constituted that a booster cylinder 10 is provided between a front side truck body part 6a and a rear side truck body part 6b, a control valve 10a of the booster cylinder 10 is connected with a steering wheel through a pitman arm and a rod, through which the cylinder 10 is made to extend or contract according to a rotary operation quantity of the steering wheel, and a truck is steered by changing a relative angle between both the truck body parts 6a and 6b. Hydraulic oil is supplied to each of cylinders 8 and 10 by a hydraulic pump 17. With this, driving constitution of the hydraulic power steering device can be simplified.
