Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To permit replacement of a cutter and a spacer to be executed in a short time by permitting the all cutters and spacers which are fitted onto a pair of shafts in the upper and the lower to be pushed-out collectively. CONSTITUTION:A base 16 is transferred and the free edges of a pair of shafts 5a and 5b in the upper and the lower and the top edges of a pair of receiving arms 18a and 18b in the upper and the lower are brought into contact, and the directions of shafts of said both are accorded with. A pushing plate 12 is transferred towards the free edges of the pair of shafts 5a and 5b in the upper and the lower by a hydraulic cylinder 13. All the cutters 6 and spacers 7 which are fitted onto the pair of shafts 5a and 5b are pushed-out collectively from the free edges of the pair of shafts by the pushing plate 12, and accommodated into the pair of receiving shafts in the upper and the lower.
