Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To supply a reagent selectively by one pump and to prevent the mutual pollution between reagents by a constitution wherein one end of the pump is communicated with a discharge port of the reagent, the other end thereof is branched in plural, and the branched ends are communicated with a unit used exclusively for sucking a liquid and a unit used exclusively for discharging the liquid, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Reagent channel selecting valves 20a-20d are switched onto the side shown by broken lines, and a suction-side slide valve 35 and a discharge-side slide valve 36, which are rotated coaxially by a motor 31, are positioned at V1-V4 sequentially. When they are at the position V1, a reagent is sucked into a reagent holding pipe 26a by the sucking operation of a syringe operated by driving a pulse motor 15. After the same operation is made with respect to reagent holding pipes 26b-26d, the valves 20a-20d are switched onto the side shown by solid lines, the valves 35 and 36 are positioned at V5-V8, and at each position, the reagent is added to reaction vessels 3a-3d from the discharge ports of nozzles 11a-11d by every prescribed stroke of the syringe. Thereafter, the valves 35 and 36 are set at a position V9, a solenoid valve 34 is opened, and further the valves 35 and 36 are set at the positions V1-V8. Then, each of the pipes 11a-11d, 26a-26d, 27a-27d, and 28a-28d can be rinsed by distilled water.
