CONSTITUTION:At first, a cascade-connecting circuit of two varactor diodes X1, X2 which have been connected so that the polarity is oppose to each other, and a microstrip line S2 are connected in parallel, and between a connecting point 2 of each varactor diode and the microstrip line S2, oscillation frequency control voltage is applied so that the varactor diodes X1 and X2 are biased in the opposite directions. The oscillation frequency control voltage is applied from a terminal 1 through a choke coil L1. In this way, it is possible to obtain a voltage control oscillator which is satisfactory in S/N, is stable in its operation, has a small number of parts, and has a wide oscillation frequency band. |
