Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To porvide the titled compsn. suitable for adhesive and coatings, and excellent in adhesion and solubility characteristics, contg. a grafted compd. obtained by reacting a chlorinated polyolefin with a monomer having an ethylenically unsatd. bond and carboxylic acid ester group. CONSTITUTION:A monomer having an thylenically unsatd. bond and at least one carboxylic acid ester group per molecule (e.g., ethyl acrylate) is grafted onto a chlorinated polyolefin in the presence of oxygen or peroxide (e.g., t-butyl peroxybenzoate). The resulting grafted chlorinated polyolefin, chlorine content of 5-75wt% and acid value measured by hydrolysis of 5-180, is used as the main component and a variety of additives such as solvents, pigments, etc. are blended therewith as required to yield the purpose chlorinated polyolefin compsn.
