Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve reliability as well as to prevent subsidence/falling off of the solid lubricant into/from the hole in such a way that in such a structure that lubricant is embedded into a hole on a base metal, a kind of lubricant with specific volumetric expansibility is used as the solid lubricant, and a stepped part, etc. is provided on the hole end. CONSTITUTION:A 2C chamfered stepped part 3 is provided at the end of a hole 2 which is made through a base metal 1, and after pellet-formed solid lubricant 4 is pressed into the hole 2, it is treated under heat. In this occasion, the solid lubricant 4 contains copper as the principal component, to which inorganic particle which comprises graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, or soft metal particle which comprises lead, antimony, bismuth, indium, are added together with this particle, and thus said lubricant 4 is composed of the sintered material which has larger coefficient of thermal expansion than the base metal, and irreversible expansibility. Thus, the solid lubricant 4 can be prevented from falling off the hole 2, or subsiding into the hole 2.
