Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To wind coils having different pitches freely and easily by connecting an encoder to a main motor driving a spindle crank, inputting the result of the arithmetical operation of a pulse controller to the controller of an oscillating motor and interlocking the oscillating motor with the main motor. CONSTITUTION:The crank 2 for reciprocating a spindle 1 forwarding an electric wire l is driven by means of the main motor 3, and the main motor 3 is connected to the rotary encoder 9 with an origin. On the other hand, the oscillating motor 14 has a pulley 17 connected to a pulley 15, which is spline-coupled with the spindle 1, through a belt 16. The results of the arithmetical operation of a command device are inputted to the pulse controller, results obtained through arithmetical operation in the pulse controller are inputted to the controller of the oscillating motor, and the oscillating motor 14 is interlocked with the main motor 3. Accordingly, the coils having different pitches can freely be wound easily.
