Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make operations concerning air charge and discharge of a bellows unnecessary and to improve the weighing precision, by making always the pressure of the bellows equal to that of a pressure vessel for transportation (opening normally a valve). CONSTITUTION:When a vessel 2 for supply receives a fine particle material from a service hopper 1, a valve 8 is closed and valves 6 and 7 are opened, and consequently, a bellows 4 has normal pressure. A weighing equipment 10 of the vessel 2 for supply can weigh the received fine particle material while being insulated from the external impellent force by a pressure balanced bellows 5 and the bellows 4. When the fine particle material is supplied to a vessel 3 for transportation, the valve 7 is closed and valves 8 and 9 are opened because the vessel 3 is normally pressurized to discharge the fine particle material, and the generation of impellent force is reduced considerably though the pressure of the pressure balanced bellows 5 has the inside pressure of the vessel 3; and thus, the discharge quantity is measured accurately in the weighing equipment 10, and the start and the stop of supply are operated by the signal of the weighing equipment.
