CHARGING METHOD OF GRANULE INTO PRESSURIZED TANK

PURPOSE:To smoothly perform charging of granules by temporarily opening a part in the vicinity of a bottom part of a supply tank to the atmosphere, when the charge of the granules into a transport pressurized tank from the supply pressurized tank is started, preventing compressive solidification of the fluidized granules. CONSTITUTION:If a residualant, of granules in a pressurized tank 8 for transportation is decreased to below a preset value, a charging valve 10 is opened on the basis of output of a quantity measuring device 21, and the granules are charged to the tank 8 from a pressurized supply tank 2. Simultaneously, a control valve 25 is opened, and the granules in the vicinity of a discharge port 9 are fluidized by a purge effect of pressurized gas. Then when the charge of the granules is started, a control valve 23 is opened, and the granules, charged to the pressurized tank 8, is partially fed back to a top of the pressurized tank 2 through a circulation piping 24 together with pressurized gas.
