Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve functions by heating liquid contg. org. materials under alkalinity or acidity, and oxidizing and decomposing the same partly by blowing oxygen, etc. thereto. CONSTITUTION:Liquid contg. org. materials is beforehand controlled to various values of pH of alkalinity or acidity and is heated at >=50 deg.C. Further an oxidative gas such as air, oxygen or ozonized air is blown to the liquid to oxidize and decompose the same chemically. Such liquid is fed to a biological methane fermentation stage.
