Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formulaI(R is lower alkyl; ring A is saturated or unsaturated 3-7 membered ring; R -R is H, alkoxy, lower alkyl, halogen, alkoxycarbonyl, sulfonic acid, nitrile, phenyl, methylenedioxy; m, n are 0 and 1- 4 integer). EXAMPLE:1-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenylcarbamoyl)-5-fluorouracil. USE:Carcinostatic agent. PREPARATION:The reaction between 5-fluorouracial and an isocyanate of formula II is carried out at room temperature to 110 deg.C for 1-10hr or, between 1-chlorocarbonyl-5-fluorouracil and a compound of formula III in the presence of an acid acceptor for 1-3hr to give the compound of formulaI.
