Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To supply an organic electrolyte cell having a small internal resistance and superior storage performance, in the manufacture of the organic electrolyte cell in which lithium is used as cathode activating substance and manganese dioxide is used as anode activating substance. CONSTITUTION:When the organic electrolyte cell in which lithium is used as cathode activating substance and manganese dioxide is used as anode activating substance is manufactured, preparatory discharge with a constant current is executed within the range of 4 days - 90 days after fabrication of thr cell. It is preferably to execute preparatory discharge by 2.5-5% in the anode capacity with a constant current of 10-25mA/cm .
