Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To shape a disk wheel for a vehicle with high precision by performing the spinning work of a rim bead sheet part after a disk wheel is assembled and thus correcting ellipticity and local deformation, and further correcting eccentricity from a disk hub hole. CONSTITUTION:A disk wheel to be corrected is set on a lower die 11 set on a lower rotary disk 17. Then, a guide 19 in the center of the disk 17 is elevated to a halfway point shown by an imaginary line A, and then an upper die 12 fixed to an upper rotary disk 18 is lowered to clamp the disk wheel. At this time, the upper and lower disks 17 and 18 are aligned to the same axial line 20 by the guide 19, an upper hub surface retainer 16, and a lower hub surface retainer 15. Then, the eccentricity of the bead sheet parts 5 and 6 of a rim 1 is corrected automatically by inscribing the sheet parts 5 and 6 with the external circumferential tapered parts of an upper mandrel 14 and a lower mandrel 13. The upper and lower disks 17 and 18 are rotated and a form rolling roller 23 is moved forth to strongly press the sheet parts 5 and 6 with a couple of spin rollers 24 and 24. Consequently, local deformation and entire-circumferential deformation are corrected to perform high-precision shaping to a circle. |
