MAGNET GENERATOR

PURPOSE:To mount a generating element to a stator with a smiple fixing structure by pressurizing a projection integrally formed with a base in the mounting hole of a laminated core and plastically fluidizing it in the gap of the core. CONSTITUTION:A generating element is constructed by laminating a plurality of laminating cores 4 pressed and formed, clamping the cores with rivets 6 as a core 7 and winding a coil, and a cylindrical projection 1a formed integrally with a stator base 1 made of nonmagnetic material is inserted into the mounting hole formed at the core 7. The top of the cylindrical projection 1a is pressurized with a pressure die, thereby plastically deforming the projection 1a, and the material of a cylindrical projection 1a is intruded into the gap 5d formed between the erected side and depending side produced at the time of pressing and punching the core 4.
