COATING DEVICE OF RELEASING AGENT FOR COPYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To realize the uniform fixing of a copying toner for a device which coats a releasing agent to a fixing roll, by providing a form maintaining matter for porous tube of fluoroplastic at the projected part to be coated and then coating evenly the releasing agent via a fluororesin porous film. CONSTITUTION:A projected part is formed to a porous film 1 of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and this film 1 is attached to a holding tank 2 of mold lubricant. Then a porous tube of polytetrafluoroethylene resin which contains a releasing agent 4 such as the silicone oil, etc. is set into the projected part of the film 1 as a form maintaining matter 3 of said porous tube. A contact is secured between the releasing agent 4 in the porous tube 3 and a fixing roll 5 via the film 1. Then the releasing agent 4 is coated evenly with revolutions of the roll 5. The fluororesin tube 3 has 0.5mum diameter and 82-95% porosity; and the fluororesin porous film 1 has 0.5mum diameter, 70% porosity and 0.5mm. thickness respectively. Thus a certain amount of oil is applied on the surface of the roll 5.
