PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a novel polyfunctional diazo resin which has high sensitivity, a preventing effect for white light fogging, improved solubility in org. solvents and good shelf life, by using the undermentioned compounds. CONSTITUTION:The diazo resin expressed by the general formula (I) is used as a photosensitive compsn. for photosensitive copying materials, more particularly lithographic printing plates. Said diazo resin is obtd. by introducing a diazo group into the diazo precursor polymer produced by reacting the aniline deriv. expressed by the general formula (II) (Z is the same substituent as that of the general formula (I), B is NO2, NO, NHCOCH3, H, or diazonium group such as N2 X or a substituent that can be converted to a diazonium group by reduction diazonization) with the compd. expressed by the general formula (III) D1-Y-D2[Y is the same group as that in the general formula (I), each D1 and D2 is the same or different group that can be substituted with the amino group of the general formula (II), more particularly halogen groups such as Cl, Br, I].
