Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To have a substantially long length of flow passages even when the temp. of gases is not elevated too much by providing heaters in intermediate courses which communicate passage parts for high temp. gases which are made into plural stages with each other. CONSTITUTION:A duct 5, an intermediate duct 6 and an outlet duct 7 are juxtaposed successively in a case 4 contg. two pieces of cylindrical adsorbing bodies 3a, 3b. The rotating area is used as the 1st regenerating part A1 and the 2nd regenerating part A2 and the inside of the other case 4 is used as the 1st adsorbing part B1 and the 2nd adsorbing part B2. The inlet duct 5 is communicated and connected with the outlet of the 1st heater 8, and the duct 7 is communicated and connected with a solvent recovering device 9. Then the heated air of about 120 deg.C in the duct 5 is cooled down to 90 deg.C when it passes through the part A1 but the air is heated to about 120 deg.C by the 2nd heater 10 in the duct 6 and passes through the 2nd part A2 where it is cooled down to about 90 deg.C. This gas is fed into the recovering device. The waste gas adsorbed away of solvents, etc. flows from B2 to B1 conversely from the heated air and is released to the atmosphere. |
