PH METER SENSOR

PURPOSE:To make a sensor usable for both circulation type or immersion type because the main body is constructed by cylindrical body having a flange on a drum part. CONSTITUTION:In a pH meter sensor of this invention cylindrical bodies 1, 2 made of thermoplastic resin are united in a body at flanges 3, 4 by an ultrasonic melt-sticking method. In case of using as a circulation type, a sensor 10 is attached to a circulation chamber 50 by a cap nut 51 using an O ring 51 as a sealing material and it is constructed to measure pH of the liquid flowing in the chamber 50 to the arrow mark direction. In case of using as an immersion type, a cable 23 and a tube 35 are inserted from a tip end 61 of a holder pipe 60 and a cover 63 is screwed into the end 61 using an O ring 62 as the sealing material. Then, a detector 10 is attached to the pipe 60 and is immersed in processing liquid down to near the end 61 of the pipe 60. In this manner, it is constructed to perform the pH measurement.
