Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a precoated steel plate with superior workability, corrosion resistance, etc. by electroplating a steel plate with a Zn-Ni alloy contg. a prescribed percentage of Ni and a Zn-Cr alloy contg. a prescribed percentage of Cr in order and by precoating the electroplated steel plate with synthetic resin paint. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate is electroplated with a Zn-Ni alloy contg. 5-20% Ni to form the 1st layers having >=1, especially >=5g/m deposited alloy. The 1st layers are electroplated with a Zn-Cr alloy contg. 0.005-0.5% Cr to form the 2nd layers having >=1g/m deposited alloy. By precoating the 2nd layers with synthetic resin paint, the desired precoated steel plate with high corrosion resistance is obtd. As the resin paint polyester paint, acrylic paint or the like is used. The precoated steel plate has a fine finish by coating.
