CHANNEL SELECTING DEVICE FOR ELECTRONIC TUNER

PURPOSE:To reduce contact parts and to improve the reliability of operation, by using a transistor (TR) as a contact for switching among low-band reception of VHF, high-band reception of VHF, and CATV band reception. CONSTITUTION:Terminals of a variable resistance 4 are connected to a switch 10 for selecting variable resistances 6-8 for reception bnad presetting and a switch 26 for selecting a tuning voltage respectively. A switch 22 is equipped with a sliding contact 22a which is associated with the sliding contact of the variable resistance 4 and also applied with the tuning voltage, and two changeover contact pieces 22b and 22c where the sliding contact comes into contact. Then, the sliding contact 22a and changeover contact piece 22b are connected to the intermediate terminal M of the variable resistance 4. Further, the changeover contact piece 22c is connected to a TR28 for controlling a voltage for band switching.
