Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the response characteristic of the whole system, by giving priority levels to processings of terminal information to execute them. CONSTITUTION:Terminal information are divided to emergency information (a) geneated in a terminal equipment 3, response information (b) to commands from a central equipment 1, and normal information (c) generated in the terminal equipment 3, and the highest priority level of processings is given to information (a), and the lowest priority level is given to information (c). If emergency information is generated before the completion of the response to a command from the central equipment 1 when the terminal equipment 1 responds to the command from the central equipment 1, emergency information is generated in an emergency information generating part 32 and is sent to a controller 30 and is transmitted to the central equipment 1 through a MODEM 33 and a communication line 2. In the central equipment 1, emergency information is sent to an emergency inormation processing part 12 through a MODEM 13 and a controller 10 and is processed, and the emergency response to this information is sent from the central equipment 1 to the terminal equipment 3, and the emergency response is processed in a signal controlling part 31 of the terminal equipment 3, and thereafter, the interrupted processing, namely, the response to the command is exeucted.
