Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a belt to be inserted rapidly for a short time into a belt conveyer provided an enclosed container. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyer 4 drawn out of an enclosed container 1 is supported by a jack 16, and under such supported condition, support arms 14a, 14b are inserted into holes provided in a lead frame 5 and supported by support legs 17, 15a. And the jack 16 is lowered to draw out a belt 18 of the belt conveyer 4 onto the support arms 14a, 14b. Again the jack 16 is lifted to support the belt conveyer 4 and take out the belt 18 from the support arms 14a, 14b while a new belt is trained over the support arms 14a, 14b. And the jack 14 is lowered to make the support arms 14a, 14b and support legs 15a, 17 support the belt conveyer 4 so that the new belt is applied to the belt conveyer 4.
