Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer polyol having good fluidity and providing a polyurethane low in water absorption and excellent in weather resistance, by polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer in a polyol composition having a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:A polyol composition is prepared by blending 20-95wt% polyoxypropylene and/or polyoxyethylene polyol with 80-5wt% OH-containing vinyl polymer and, if necessary, a polyester polyol and/or polyester polyether polyol. The purpose polyol is obtained by polymerizing about 2-70pts.wt. ethylenically unsaturated monomer (e.g., acrylonitrile, styrene) in the presence of a polymerization catalyst (e.g., azobisisobutyronitrile) in 100pts.wt. above-produced polyol composition.
