Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To utilize zircaloy of a certain range of f value calculated from X ray diffraction strength as a nuclear fuel cladding tube. CONSTITUTION:f value (formula I) calculated from X ray diffraction strength I (phi, a) shows a parameter of various properties of tension strength, electric resistance, thermal expansion and diffusion speed of a metal. Further, zircaloy ranged with completely annealed f value of 0.560-0.615 has excellent ductility, enabling to reduce considerably decay accident such as crack during operation when using as nuclear fuel cladding tube. In addition, there is a certain correlation between manufacturing mode Qepsilon (formula II) during zircaloy fuel cladding tube manufacturing mode process and f value, enabling to adjust f value with ease by setting properly manufacturing mode Qepsilon during manufacturing.
