CURSOR DISPLAY SYSTEM IN MANUSCRIPT COMMUNICATION

PURPOSE:To attain the display in easy observation with less flickering and to improve the operability, by erasing a cursor, and decreasing the number of times of flickering of cursor, through when the cursor position is not changed for a prescribed time or over. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate information of a pen is transmitted while the inside of the time slot is vacant, when the pen is not moved. When the pen is detached from a tabled plane, all 0 is transmitted. An unchanged data detection section 5 receives the coordinate information of the pen, and when the section 5 detects the vacancy of information in the time slot or all 0, a counter of a timer 6 is started, and when the coordinate information is again transmitted, the counter is reset. If the counter is not reset even with a prescribed time, an erase signal is transmitted to a cursor display 4.
