PURPOSE:To enable to simplify the quit processing, by retrieving the information table by taking the quit identifier as the key and obtaining the information required for quit processing. CONSTITUTION:When the quit signal is received from the terminal 9 at the terminal control section 8, the delivery operation of telegraphic message is interrupted, and the quit identifier 5 and the quit information table 3 stored are informed to the quit processing section 11. The processing section 11 receiving this, receives the identifier 5 and the table 3 from the control section 8, retrieves the table 3 by taking the identifier 5 as the key, and obtains the information required for quit processing. Thus, the processing section 11 can only recognize the identifier 5 without notifying the transmission block specific to terminals, allowing to simplify the quit processing.
