Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A hydrocarbon oil composition having improved low-temperature characteristics such as pour point depression, filtering properties at low temperature, comprising specific amounts of an ethylene/allyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene/vinyl acetate/allyl acetate terpolymer having specified ratios respectively. CONSTITUTION:The desired hydrocarbon oil composition containing 50-3,000 ppm (preferably 100-2,000ppm) (A) a copolymer consisting of 85-60wt% ethylene and 15-40wt% allyl acetate and/or (B) a terpolymer consisting of 85- 60wt% ethylene, 1-5wt% vinyl acetate, and 15-35wt% allyl acetate. The molecular weights shown by intrinsic viscosity of the components A and B are 0.08- 0.30 dl/g(30 deg.C benzene solvent).
