Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To transport a great number of steel sheet cells on the sea while preventing their buckling by mounting reinforcement such as steel materials, air tube, etc. inside the steel sheet cells and loading them sideways on floats. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcement such as steel materials 10a or an air tube 9 is mounted inside a steel sheet cell (A) and is loaded on floats 1 sideways. The respectively floats 1 are connected to each other and are transported on the sea by a towing boat. As a result, a great number of the steel sheet cells can be transported simultaneously while preventing their buckling. After the steel sheet cells (A) are transported up to their installation place, they are also transported up to their predetermined place by hanging up them by means of a crane and are driven in after removing deformation preventive materials such as the air tube 9, a reinforcement frame work, etc.
