Liquid disinfectant concentrates on the basis of quaternary ammonium compounds capable of being diluted with water, characterised by a) at least one alkyldimethyl benzylammonium compound of the formula (I) see diagramm : EP0068399,P6,F2 in which R1 is an alkyl radical having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms, X1 and X2 , being identical or different, each are an alkyl radical having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, hydrogen or halogen, and A- is an anion ; b) an amount effective as solubilizer of at least one dialkylmethyl benzylammonium compound of the formula (II) see diagramm : EP0068399,P6,F3 in which R2 and R3 , being identical or different, each are an alkyl radical having from 6 to 22 carbon atoms, and X1 , X2 and A- are as defined above ; and c) from 15 to 25 weight% of water, relative to the total mixture.
