A lower flange 11, which links with the deck flange 5 in time of lifting, is installed on the nozzle part 10 and interlocked with a cover 12 of a scrubber storage recess 3 via links 18 and 19. After washing clean the inside of a tanker hold, when the nozzle part is lifted upward, the lower flange 11 is linked with the upper deck flange, thereby closing the storage recess 3 with the cover 12 automatically.
