Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make covers of an upper deck through trunk and a storage recess close in an automated way in time of lifting a nozzle part, by installing a lower setting flange on a lift-free tanker hold flushing nozzle part and interlocking it with a storage recess cover via linkage. CONSTITUTION:A scrubber proper 7 is installed on a deck flange 5 of a through trunk 4 of an upper deck 1 via an upper setting flange 8 and at the lower part, a detergent solution feed pipe 9 and a nozzle part 10 both are installed. A lower flange 11, which links with the deck flange 5 in time of lifting, is installed on the nozzle part 10 and interlocked with a cover 12 of a scrubber storage recess 3 via links 18 and 19. After washing clean the inside of a tanker hold, when the nozzle part is lifted upward, the lower flange 11 is linked with the upper deck flange, thereby closing the storage recess 3 with the cover 12 automatically.
