Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To hold good adherence closely to a glass bulb, by heating, contracting and coating a heat shrinking synthetic resin tube to the external surface of a fluorescent lamp. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent lamp 1 is fitted to a heat shrinking synthetic resin tube 3, and a specific water solution is filled between a synthetic resin tube 2 and a glass bulb of the fluorescent lamp 1, thus the water solution is interposed between the synthetic resin tube 2 and the fluorescent lamp 1 in such a manner that the water solution is uniformly coated to an internal surface of the synthetic resin tube 2 and an external surface of the fluorescent lamp 1. Then the water solution is squeezed and discharged from between the synthetic resin tube 2 and the peripheral surface of the fluorescent lamp, and then the synthetic resin tube 2 is thermally shrinked from one end part to the other from an external surface of the synthetic resin tube by hot water at 100 deg.C, finally coated to the external surface of the fluorescent lamp 1. And then an unnecessary part of the heat shirnking synthetic resin tube 2, overhung to an end part of the fluorescent lamp 1, is cut off by a squeeze process.
