Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable suspension and fixation of a load reliably, by a method wherein a spring is provided in a hydraulic cylinder and its supply oil duct is provided with a solenoid valve so that at the time of any abnormality or trouble of electric signals, a hydraulic oil supply duct is interrupted and a hydraulic cylinder can be kept at a neutral position. CONSTITUTION:When something unusual is occurred in an electric signal system which controls a servo-valve 14 directly during a driving operation under a load a, each of solenoid valves 10, 11, 12 and 13 is turned into non-excitation automatically. Then, a hydraulic oil supply duct to a hydraulic cylinder 7 is interrupted by the solenoid valves 10 and 11, a hydraulic pressure releasing duct of the hydraulic cylinder 7 is connected at the parts of ducts 17, 21 and 18, 22 by the solenoid valves 12 and 13, and the hydraulic cylinder 7 becomes slidable. A hydraulic pressure directional control valve 1 is returned to a neutral position automatically through the hydraulic cylinder 7 by a bounce of a spring 9.
