Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make current generated at an anode uniform and to facilitate exchange of anode by inserting an insoluble anode into the conductive liquid filled in a protecting pipe, and packing carbon backfill on the outer side of a conductive insoluble material fitted onto the protecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:A deep well 1 for installation of an electrode is bored with a boring machine, and a steel sleeve pipe 7 is connected in series and inserted to the well 1. A PVC protecting pipe 3 having plural openings 2 is connected to said pipe by means of a coupling and a protecting pipe 3 having no openings 2 is connected thereto in the same way and is inserted into the pipe 7. A conductive insoluble material 8 such as pipe-like solid graphite is connected and fitted onto the outside part of the openings 2. Plural insoluble anodes 4 are suspended at equal intervals perpendicularly in the pipe 3, and conductive liquid 9 such as under ground water is filled in the pipe 3. Carbon backfill 6 is packed in the spacing between the material 8 and the pipe 7 and the spacing between the pipe 7 and the well 1. In this device, the anodes 4 are exchanged simply by pulling lead wires 11 up.
